Girls Varsity Basketball Returns To WPIAL Quarterfinals

For the second year in a row, the girls varsity basketball team advanced to the Class 4A WPIAL quarterfinals.
The No. 6 Golden Rams defeated No. 11 Laurel Highlands by 20 in the first round on Tuesday night.
Katelyn Myers led the offense with 21 points.
Kalleigh Nerone and Jocelyn Bielak had 13 and 12 points, respectively.
Highlands will face No. 3 Elizabeth Forward on Friday at a site and time to be determined.
