IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PHYSICALS

There WILL be sports physicals offered on Wednesday July 22nd, 2026, from 330pm to 530pm at the high school Athletic training room (Gymnasium entrance).   These physicals will be for the 2026-2027 sports season.

Listed below are alternative locations to get a physical done if unable to attend or a primary care physician is not available. Please see the information listed below concerning Med Express locations. Also listed are details on physical information including due dates.

PIAA rules state that physicals must be performed ON or AFTER May 1, 2026. Therefore, NO physicals done before May 1, 2026 can be accepted.

All forms must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian.  A completed physical packet must be turned in to the athletic office or athletic trainer before athletes can participate or try out for upcoming sports seasons. See deadlines below

Football Heat Acclimatization – August 10, 2026

Fall Sports – August 17 2026

Winter Sports – November 2026

Spring Sports- March 2027

Physical Information Packet for the 2026-2027 school year is under the More Tab under Forms. Private physicals MUST be on the sports physical form to be accepted. The district CANNOT accept a one-page form from the doctor. The ENTIRE physical packet must be filled out and turned in to the athletic office or athletic trainer to be accepted.
