The boys varsity basketball team were outscored 38-20 in the second half in their WPIAL Class 4A 3rd place game at Laurel Highlands on Wednesday.
The Golden Rams cut the deficit to five at 45-40 at the half.
Jimmy Kunst led the offense with 18 points. Bradyn Foster had 16 points and Cameron Reigard finished with 14.
Highlands will enter the PIAA playoffs as the fourth place team out of the WPIAL.
The first round will be next Friday.
