The girls varsity softball team couldn’t overcome a three run first inning in their non-section loss to Valley on Tuesday.
The Golden Rams had five players record a hit with Bailey Megats hitting a triple, Abbie Deiseroth and Rachel Kline a double and Mackenzie George and Jocelyn Scardina a single.
Maddie Gorney pitched a complete game and struck out seven.
The Golden Rams will host Deer Lakes in a non-section game on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
