Varsity Softball Has Hit Parade In Win At Woodland Hills

For the second time this season, the varsity softball team defeated section opponent Woodland Hills in three innings.
The win was highlighted by a 10 run first inning.
Carrah Scardina and Rachel Kline led the offense with three hits a piece. Scardina had a single, double, triple, and three runs scored. Kline had a single, two doubles and two home runs scored.
Abbie Deiseroth and Kassidy Cambal reached recorded two hits for the Golden Rams. Deiseroth had a double and home run, while Cambal had a single, double, two walks and two runs scored out of the leadoff spot.
Also recording hits were Madison Gorney and Jocelyn Scardina.
Bailey Megats had three walks and scored two runs. Nahia Megats and Mackenzie George both scored two runs.
The Golden Rams improve to 3-6 overall and 3-2 in the section.
They will host West Mifflin in a section game on Thursday at 4 p.m.
